He started his carrier as a Director of Elite Group of industries in 1981 and formed along with his family member various industrial unit like Elite International exporter of tea, Octagon Fibres & Chemical Industries Ltd. which is one of the largest paint manufacturer in the country and Aqua Mineral Turpentine & Solvents Plants Ltd. He is also the Managing Director of Elite Garments Industries Ltd. and Elite Iron & Steel Industries ltd. These industrial undertaking are being managed by a group of efficient executive under his direct management & supervision. Mr.Ramzul Seraj was also the sponsor Director & Vice Chairman of Arab Bangladesh Bank Ltd. which is first and largest banks in the private sector of Bangladesh.
